Instant Pooris are made from 90% wholemeal flour and 10% plain flour, size 10cm in diameter and are not cooked. Pooris have to be deep fried. Pooris are very popular when catering for large functions. The hard work of making the dough and rolling out in large quantities is taken care of. All you have to do is fry them and serve them hot.

Frying Instructions:

  1. Defrost pooris and bring to room temperature.
  2. Heat oil to medium to hot.
  3. Place the pooris in oil and hold it down until it starts to puff.
  4. Quickly flip it over and remove soon after.

Wholemeal flour, plain flour, canola oil, iodised salt, vitamin (thiamine, folate), water added.

Yeast Free, No Preservatives, No Animal Fats.
